Do you Allow Purchases on Credit, Purchase Orders, or COD?
At Hunting Fishing Camping Gear we accept money orders or cashier's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Pay Pal as methods of payment. We are unable to accept purchases made on credit, PO, or COD.
Can I Cancel an Order?
If you would like to cancel an order for outdoor gear purchased from our store, you must contact us before the item has been shipped. If we receive order cancellation requests, they will be processed assuming the vendor can still stop the order. If you receive merchandise from a canceled order, accept the order and contact us for return information.
Do you accept returns of unwanted, damaged, or defective merchandise?
As a proud online supplier for outdoor supplies including camping gear, hunting equipment, and fishing supplies, Hunting Fishing Camping Gear will accept returns of unused merchandise under the following conditions. Due to legal constrains, we are unable to accept returns of ammunition.
Unwanted Items
If you change your mind after placing an order with Hunting Fishing Camping Gear, items may be returned to us in new condition, in original packaging within 10 days of the receipt of your merchandise. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, items must be returned shipping paid with copy of original invoice enclosed. If you would like to return an item please contact us prior to returning the item to us.
Defective Items
If your order appears to be defective upon receipt, please contact us within 10 days. We will issue a UPS tag to pick up the defective item and return it to us or the manufacturer directly. You will then be shipped a replacement item.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If a package appears to be damaged upon arrival, you should not accept the package. If you accept a package and after opening it, determine that the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days.
Can I Exchange Merchandise Purchased from Hunting Fishing Camping Gear?
We accept exchanges of items in new condition with original packaging. If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us, please contact us within 10 days. There will be a $10.00 exchange fee plus shipping charge for all exchanged merchandise.
Can my Order Ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Orders can only be shipped to valid street address. If a P.O. Box is entered as the shipping address you will receive an error message and will not be able to complete the order until a valid shipping address is entered. In addition, Hunting Fishing Camping Gearcannot deliver to F.P.O., A.P.O., or foreign addresses.
What Shipping Charges will Apply to my Order?
Shipping charges will vary depending on weight and destination. You will be provided with your total shipping charges prior to completing you order.
As our customers' orders are important to us, we used only trusted carriers for shipping merchandise. Most products will be shipped via UPS as they offer excellent insurance and tracking software. In some cases however, due to vendor contracts, other carriers, such as FedEx and Airborne, may be used. If your order ships via UPS, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number when your order ships. You can then track your package via the UPS company website.
Is it Legal to Buy Firearms and Ammunition Online?
Yes, we sell firearms and ammunition in compliance with the Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We will ship firearms purchased online to the closest Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) to handle the ownership transfer. As you are placing your firearm purchase, you will be provided with a list of local deals from which you may choose where to pick up your firearm. Most FFL Dealers will charge a nominal fee of around $20 to $45 for the transfer of ownership.

Hunting Fishing Camping Gear is not aware of all city, county, state, and federal restrictions, which may be placed on the assortment of products that we carry. Therefore, we encourage customers to check with their city, county, and state laws, which may prohibit the purchase or ownership of any of the products we may carry. Products of concern include, but are not limited to Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Knives, Stun Guns, Pepper Spray, and Airguns. By placing an order with our company for any of our products, you are confirming that you are an adult with the legal right to complete the purchase in accordance with all state, county, city, and federal laws.
